Amy's favorite things in life are to learn, laugh, empower others to be leaders in their own lives, and to create authentic spaces for others' best selves to emerge. What's possible for you as far as the impact you want to have in the world, in your life, in your work, and in your relationships? Who do you need to be to have that impact? Life is complex and change is constant.  Now is the time to take action so you can align your life and/or work with your purpose and values.

Amy finds fulfillment in spending time with her family, performing at Improv Boston (pre-pandemic times), getting lost in good fiction, reading leadership books, and chasing variety in general.  Amy stays grounded by practicing yoga and meditation regularly. As a coach, you can expect Amy to bring her irreverent sense of humor, deep listening, intuition, and a profound appreciation of one's individuality to the relationship.
